I Have a Day Off I Have a Day Off!!!!!!!

Ok so just to prove I am the Queen of procrastination, I have today off, yet I am still sitting in front of this damn computer typing away procrastinating at getting up and cleaning my house.

The Blogger, a procrastinators best friend!

So I have been kinda bitchy in the last few blogs. No reason why, except people annoy me. But then I realized, I am happy not to live in Florida. So I will stop bitching for a little bit.

I have had two of the most amazing weekends in a row that any one can have.

First we went for a car ride adventure, something my husband and I do often. We went down to Glouster, MA and drove up RT 1A into Hampton Beach, NH. We got out and walked around Glouster, saw the memorials to the lost fishermen. (Perfect Storm people and all).
At Hampton we walked the boardwalk, bought cheezy souvigniers, and a new pet. I have a new hermit crab, his name is Marvin, because he has Marvin the Martian painted on his shell. Impulse buying at its best.
We then ended up back in our home town at a great Italian restaurant, where I found out Razzmatinies are very yummy.

As we were driving home my husband said he wanted to go to Boston the next weekend. So me being me, jumped on priceline.com and got a hotel room in Boston for last Sat night. We had a blast, even if I never did find Jimmy Buffett. I know he was in the city somewhere and I choose to believe he was in the hotel room next to us. Yes I know I am dellusional, but it makes me happy.
We had so much fun and I do not think I have walked that much in ages. Through the Common, and Public Gardens, down Newbury St., down Mass Ave, jump on the T to Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall, watched a very cute street performer, found a nice little Irish pub for dinner, went back to the hotel (got a little lost), caught a cab to Landsdowne St, hit the piano bar, toasted to Jimmy playing across the street at Fenway the next night, and went back to our hotel.
Headed home the next afternoon after sleeping in at the hotel and getting breakfast.
Chilled out at home for the night.

All in all a great couple of weekends.
